FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a lawn and leaf bag freestanding holder and cart showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a front side elevation view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a rear side elevation view thereof.

FIG. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof, the right side being a mirror image thereto.

FIG. 5 is a bottom side plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a top side plan view thereof.

The ornamental design for a lawn and leaf bag freestanding holder and cart, as substantially shown and described.
