Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the skate;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevation view of the skate;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevation view of the skate;

FIG. 4 is a front elevation view of the skate;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of the skate;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevation view of the skate; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of the skate.

The design consists of the features of ornamentation of the side and rear of the skate. In particular, the design comprises contrasting tones which create a series of patterns between a first tone of the mesh texture of the raised panels on the lower side of the skate, a second tone of the smooth surfaces disposed therebetween and a third tone of the metallic mesh texture of the parallelogram cut-outs in the ankle portions and of the rectangular cut-outs in the heel portion of the skate.

The ornamental design for a skate with raised and textured panels, as shown and described.
