Twirling baton with heart shaped ball and tip
Latest Batons Unlimited, Inc. Patents:
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the heart shaped rubber baton end portion of our design, shown separate from the assembly and on an enlarged scare for clarity of the disclosure; and,
FIG. 2 is a reduced scale plan view of the assembled design.
FIG. 1 is provided to show the perspective view of the rubber baton ends. These ends, which are called the ball and tip, have been designed so that the faces of the baton form an equilateral triangle when looking at the baton from the ends toward the shaft. As can be seen in FIG. 1. there are three surfaces that have been designed with a heart shape on each of the flat surfaces. The very end of the rubber ball and tip is larger than the portion next to the shaft. Even though only one end is shown in the perspective view, the other end is the same with the only difference being that the small end or tip end has been reduced in size by approximately 20%.
FIG. 2 shows the baton with the ends assembled on the shaft. As can be seen by the drawings, the heart ends are shown in the same angular position with respect to each other.
