FIG. 5 is a right-side view of the wrist/hand worn mirror;

FIG. 6 is a top view of the wrist/hand worn mirror; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom view of the wrist/hand worn mirror.

I claim the ornamental design for a wrist/hand worn mirror, as shown and described.
