FIG. 2 is an elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof which is also representative of the bottom plan view of a second embodiment shown in FIGS. 5-7, wherein the dashed lines show environmental matter for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of the claimed design;

FIG. 5 is a top perspective view of a flow regulator showing a second embodiment of my new design;

FIG. 6 is an elevational view of a flow regulator of FIG. 5; and,

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of a flow regulator of FIG. 5.
