FIG. 2 is a plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an end elevational view thereof from the left of FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, the side elevational view opposite that shown in FIG. 4 being identical thereto; and,

FIG. 5 is a plan view thereof from the side opposite that shown in FIG. 2.
