FIG. 1 is a top-side perspective view of a desk lamp showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof with the opposite side substantially a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view, with the bottom plain and unornamented:

FIG. 6 is a top-side perspective view of a modified form;

FIG. 7 is a right side elevational view of the modified form with the opposite side substantially a mirror image;

FIG. 8 is a rear elevational view of the modified form with the front elevational view of the modified form the same as in FIG. 3; and,

FIG. 9 is a top plan view, with the bottom plain and unornamented.
