FIG. 4 is a rear elevation view of the construction toy component of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a side elevation view of the construction toy component of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 6 is an opposite side elevation view of the construction toy component of FIG. 1.

The bottom of the construction toy component forms no part of the claimed design.
