FIG. 1 is a front, top, right side perspective view of a holder for an MP3 player showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top side view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side view thereof, the opposite side view being a mirror image;

FIG. 5 is a rear view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a front view thereof.

The ornamental design for a holder for an MP3 player, as shown and described.
