FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a retractable and adjustable diagnostic panel in a retracted, panel closed position.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof, in a protracted, panel closed position.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view thereof, in a protracted, panel open position.

FIG. 4 is a front view thereof, in a panel closed position.

FIG. 5 is a front view thereof, in a panel open position.

FIG. 6 is a top view thereof, in a panel closed position.

FIG. 7 is a top view thereof, in a panel open position.

FIG. 8 is a bottom view thereof, in a panel closed position.

FIG. 9 is a bottom view thereof, in a panel open position.

FIG. 10 is a right side view thereof, in a panel closed position; the left side being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 11 is a right side view thereof, in a panel open position, the left side being a mirror image.

The ornamental design for a retractable and adjustable diagnostic panel, substantially as shown and described.
