FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a rear access door for a motor vehicle of our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a top view thereof.

The back, end, and bottom views of the design are not part of the claimed design. The light portions of the motor vehicle shown form no portion of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a rear access door for a motor vehicle, as shown and described.
