FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the flat-panel television of my design;

FIG. 2 is a side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a perspective view without the detachable stand;

FIG. 5 is a side perspective view without the detachable stand;

FIG. 6 is a front view without the detachable stand; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom view without the detachable stand.

The flat-panel television and detachable stand are shown separately for ease of illustration.
