FIG. 1 depicts a front perspective view of the design (the rear view is a mirror image thereof);

FIG. 2 depicts a side perspective view of the design (the other side view is a mirror image thereof);

FIG. 3 depicts a bottom plan view of the design; and,

FIG. 4 depicts a top plan view of the design.

The broken lines in the drawings depict environmental subject matter only and form no part of the claimed design.

Claims

What is claimed is the ornamental design for a dispensing nozzle and cap assembly, substantially as shown and described.
