Description

The present invention is an ornamental design for a decorative cap display device having a planar body and plurality of slots formed into the planar body such that a top rivet of a cap may be inserted into one of the plurality of slots thereby securing the cap to the device.

FIG. 1 is a plan front view of a decorative cap display device for suspending caps showing the new design.

FIG. 2 is a top, front, and right side perspective view of a decorative cap display device for suspending caps showing the new design, the broken-line disclosure of a single cap being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design; and,

FIG. 3 is a plan right side view of a decorative cap display device for suspending caps showing the new design.

The ornamental design for a decorative cap display device, as shown and described.
