FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of the “cooking vessel handle”, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a back elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plans view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevation thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom perspective view thereof.

The circular rivet holes in the wide flange portion of each the handle, visible at least partially in FIGS. 1, 3, 6, and 7, are a functional elements and are not intended to be limiting the scope of the ornamental design, forming no part thereof as claimed.

The broken lines in FIGS. 1, 3, 4, 6 and 7 form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a cooking vessel handle, as shown and described.
