Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an inner side of a one piece self seal cut sheet mailer form showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of an outer side thereof;

FIG. 3 is a plan view of the inner side thereof;

FIG. 4 is a plan view of the outer side thereof;

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of an inner side of a one piece self seal cut sheet mailer form according to a second embodiment thereof;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of an outer side thereof;

FIG. 7 is a plan view of the inner side thereof; and

FIG. 8 is a plan view of the outer side thereof.

The following lines are not surface ornamentation and are part of the claimed design; the dot/dash line is a fold line, the dashed line is a perforation line; and the hatched area is a layer of adhesive. I t being understood that the side is of no sybstantial thickness.

Claims

The ornamental design of one piece self seal cut sheet mailer form, as shown and described.
