FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an insulation barrier for electrical power equipment showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof; a bottom plan view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right-side elevational view thereof; a left-side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The ornamental design for an insulation barrier for electrical power equipment, as shown and described.
