Description

FIG. 1 is an isometric view of a first embodiment of catheter information clip according to the present invention; a catheter is shown in broken lines for purposes of illustrating environment only and forms no part of the claimed design.

FIG. 2 is an isometric view of the catheter information clip shown in FIG. 1, without the broken line catheter.

FIG. 3 is a proximal end view of the catheter information clip shown in FIG. 1, the distal end view being a mirror image thereof.

FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the catheter information clip shown in FIG. 1.

FIG. 5 is a top view of the catheter information clip shown in FIG. 1.

FIG. 6 is a right side view of the catheter information clip shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 7 is a left side view of the catheter information clip shown in FIG. 1.
