The bottom of the headrest for surgery is flat and devoid of surface ornamentation, and therefore not shown.

The broken line showing of a patient's head, seen in FIGS. 1, 2, 9 and 10 are for the purpose of illustrating environment only and form no part of the claimed design.

The broken line showing of the perforations along the removable sections are included for the purpose of illustrating a removable perforated section and form part of the claimed design.
