FIG. 2 is a front view of the tiara shown in FIG. 1, the rear view being identical; and,

FIG. 3 is a side view of the tiara shown in FIG. 1, the view of the other side being identical.

The broken lines, which represent the environmental structure of a holder, form no part of the claimed design.
