Description

FIG. 1 is a left front perspective view of the skirt panel and railing for a raised platform, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a right front perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear view being substantially identical.

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof; the right side being substantially identical; and,

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof.

The ornamental design for the skirt panel and railing for a raised platform, as shown and described.
