Description

FIG. 1 is a right side and top perspective view of a highlighter pen showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view, the rear elevational view being identical thereto;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side being identical thereto;

FIG. 4 is a view similar to FIG. 1 showing the cap removed;

FIG. 5 is a view similar to FIG. 2 showing the cap removed;

FIG. 6 is a view similar to FIG. 3 showing the cap removed;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view.

The stippling shown in the drawings illustrates texture, and forms a part of the claimed design.

The broken lines in FIG. 7, which define the bounds of the claimed design, form no part thereof.

The four rectangular segments shown in broken lines (but between the boundaries) in FIG. 7 illustrate environmental matter and form no part of the claimed design.
