FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a shoulder bag for carrying an oxygen tank showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a rear view of the design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof.

The ornamental design for the shoulder bag for carrying an oxygen tank, as shown and described.
