Description

FIG. 1 is a top view of a diamond, showing a medium-table version of my new design. A diamond shows the addition of star facets and two upper girdle facets, which are slightly detectable to the unaided eye;

FIG. 2 is a flat side view of a diamond, showing a medium-table version of my new design (if FIG. 1 were a map with north at the top, the side view in FIG. 2 is of the south side);

FIG. 3 is a point-rounded-end side view of a diamond, showing a medium-table version of my new design (if FIG. 1 were a map with north at the top, the side view in FIG. 3 is of the southeast corner);

FIG. 4 is a top view of a diamond, showing a large-table version of my new design. The diamond shows the addition of star facets and two upper girdle facets, which are slightly detectable to the unaided eye;

Some figures show typical bottom views of a diamond of some embodiments of the present invention, though other bottoms could be used, and some figures show side views of a diamond of some embodiments of the present invention—the main feature of the present design for which patent protection is sought is the shape of the facets on the top of a diamond.
