Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a head and neck sleeve showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the head sleeve inserted over a person's head; and,

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the neck sleeve inserted around a person's neck.

The broken lines showing a person in FIGS. 7-8 illustrate environmental matter and form no part of the claimed design. They are meant to show the claimed design in use.

The ornamental design for a head and neck sleeve, as shown and described.
