The claimed ornamental design for an external catheter for a male user which embodies the design is for use as a design for an external catheter for a male.

The broken lines depict portions of the catheter that form no part of the claimed design.

The claimed circular feature in the center of the funnel and drainage tube in FIG. 3 is the bottom opening of the drainage tube.

The ornamental design for an external catheter for a male user, as shown and described herein.
