Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of my medical certificate display mat showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear view thereof of my medical certificate display mat;

FIG. 3 is a bottom end view of my medical certificate display mat;

FIG. 4 is a top end view of my medical certificate display mat;

FIG. 5 is a left side view of my medical certificate display mat

FIG. 6 is a right side view of my medical certificate display mat; and,

FIG. 7 is another perspective view of my medical certificate display mat showing my new design similar to FIG. 1 only with the dash lines at the edges of the mat illustrating the location of a frame and the dash lines over mat windows indicating glass reflections when assembled with the frame.

The broken lines at the edge of the medical certificate display mat and over the mat windows in FIG. 7 illustrate a frame and glass reflections which form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a medical certificate display mat, as shown and described.
