FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a combined front grill and bumper for an automobile of our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a left side view thereof.

The rear and bottom views form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a combined front grill and bumper for an automobile, as shown and described.
