FIG. 1 is an upper perspective view of the osteotome showing the new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a front view thereof.

The handle shown in dashed-line outline forms no part of the new design.

The ornamental design for a double cannulated osteotome, as shown and described.
