FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a two tier revolving cabinet organizer in accordance with my design.

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof. The broken lines shown in FIG. 4 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design of a two tier revolving cabinet organizer, as shown and described.
