FIG. 5 is an enlarged top view of the same writing instrument; and,

FIG. 6 is an enlarged bottom view of the same writing instrument.

The broken lines showing the clip, upper barrel, and writing tip in FIGS. 1-6 are included for the purpose of showing portions of the writing instrument that form no part of the claimed design.

The stippling represents contrast in material.
