FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, the claimed portion of which is a mirror image to a bottom plan view;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof, the claimed portion of which is a mirror image to a right side elevation view;

FIG. 5 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a back elevation view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a front perspective view thereof, in a usage condition showing an unclaimed knurl pattern; and,

FIG. 8 is a front perspective view thereof, in another usage condition.
