Description

FIG. 1 is a front elevation view of an exemplary embodiment of a fluid sample collection device in accordance with our new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevation view of the assembled fluid sample collection device of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view of the fluid sample collection device of FIG. 1 from the top front and left side.
