FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof.

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof.

FIG. 8 is a front perspective view thereof in a second position of use; and,

FIG. 9 is a rear perspective view thereof in a second position of use.

The broken lines on the tabs arranged about each of the openings illustrate perforation and form part of the claimed design.

We claim the ornamental design for a planting system carrying device, as shown and described.
