FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the top, front, and left side of a portable power manager enclosure showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front view thereof; the back view being a mirror image thereto;

FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof.

The broken lines in the drawing show unclaimed environment only and form no part of the claimed design.

We claim the ornamental design for a portable power manager enclosure, as shown and described.
