Description
The sole FIGURE is a plan view of one side of a paper product with surface pattern showing our new design.
The broken line surrounding the design represents the boundaries of the paper product with surface pattern and forms no part thereof. The claimed design repeats uniformly throughout the surface of the paper product with surface pattern. The design is flat and planar.

The ornamental design for a paper product with surface pattern, as shown and described.
