FIG. 4 is an elevation view thereof from the left side of a body part;

FIG. 5 is an elevation view thereof from the right side of a body part;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of a body part thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of a body part thereof.
