FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view thereof shown in extended condition;

FIG. 9 is a perspective view shown in compressed condition;

FIG. 10 is another perspective view shown in extended condition; and,

FIG. 11 is a perspective view thereof shown with case portion removed.

The broken line showing of the hand in FIGS. 9-11 illustrate the environment of the claimed design and form no part thereof.
