Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the adjustable roof hatch safety rail positioned around a roof hatch which is shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;

We claim the ornamental design for an adjustable roof hatch safety rail, as shown and described.
