This first embodiment relates to a swimming mask composed of a main body of the mask and a head strap. The main body of the mask has a pair of lenses, a lens frame, an elastic skirt extending rearwardly from a peripheral of the lens frame for contacting the wearer's face. A plurality of dotted depressions is arranged at upper and lower portions of both sides of a rear peripheral area of the elastic skirt in a circumferential direction of the rear peripheral area as well as in a direction orthogonal to the circumferential direction.
