FIG. 2 is a front view of a portable power charger comprising the first embodiment of the new, original and ornamental design with the right-hand side, left-hand side and rear view being mirror images thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view of a portable power charger comprising the first embodiment of the new, original and ornamental design;

FIG. 4 is a top view of a portable power charger comprising the first embodiment of a new, original and ornamental design;

FIG. 5 is a front, top perspective view of a portable power charger comprising a second embodiment of a new original and ornamental design;

FIG. 6 is a front view of a portable power charger comprising the second embodiment of the new, original and ornamental design with the right-hand side, left-hand side and rear view being mirror images thereof;
