FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof

FIG. 6 is a left elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a right elevational view thereof.

The broken lines in the drawings are included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the counterweight for a lift truck and form no part of the claimed design.
