FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right elevation view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a rear elevation view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a perspective view from the top, front and right corner thereof showing the dry powder nebulizer device attached to a facemask.

The broken line showing of the facemask in FIG. 8 illustrates the environment of the claimed design and forms no part thereof. All other broken lines in the drawings illustrate portions of the dry powder nebulizer device which form no part of the claimed design.
