FIG. 5 is a first side view of the electrical hub;

FIG. 6 is a second side view of the electrical hub;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view of the electrical hub; and,

FIG. 8 is a top view of the electrical hub.

We claim the ornamental design for an electrical hub, as shown and described.
