In addition, the dash-dot-dash lines in FIGS. 8-12, 15-19, 22-26, 36-40, 43-47, 50-54, 64-68, 71-75, and 78-82 represent the boundary of the claimed portions of the confectionary strand with sugar and form no part of the claimed design.

Further, the stipple shading shown in the Figures represents contrast in appearance.

We claim, the ornamental design for a confectionary strand with sugar, as shown and described.
