FIG. 1 is a front view of the first embodiment of my new design for a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface, showing the first image in a sequence;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the second image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front view of a third image thereof; and,

FIG. 4 shows all the figures of the transition of the first embodiment together in sequence.

The broken line showing of the display screen and all other broken lines showing portions of the graphical user interface are included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the article and form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-3 respectively in the first embodiment, and FIGS. 3-1 respectively in the second embodiment. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.
