FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top, right side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top, left side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom, right side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom, left side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a right side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a front elevation view thereof; and,

FIG. 11 is a rear elevation view thereof.

The insole shown in FIGS. 1-11 is for a left shoe. The corresponding insole for a right shoe is a mirror image of the insole for a left shoe.

Broken lines in the drawings are for illustrating environmental structure and form no part of the claimed design.
