FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof, with the toe section on the right and the vamp section on the left.

FIG. 4 is a right side elevation view thereof, with the toe section on the right and the vamp section on the left.

FIG. 5 is a left side elevation view thereof, with the toe section on the left and the vamp section on the right.

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof, with the toe section at the bottom and the vamp section at the top.
