FIG. 2 is a top view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is another perspective view thereof.

The ornamental design is the vehicle display and mount. The instrument panel on which the vehicle display and mount is affixed is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
