FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof.

The broken line showing in FIGS. 1-6 of a tablet type computer illustrates the environment of the article of manufacture. The broken line showing in FIGS. 1 and 2 of a display panel or screen, and text, illustrates portions of the article of manufacture. None of the broken lines form part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for liquid crystal display (LCD) for operating the state of home appliances with graphical user interface, as shown and described.
